WHO IS CONCERO?

We have created a customizable On-Demand Recruiting™ approach, most often engaging with clients in a full-cycle recruiting capacity for companies such as Airtable, Mural and Palo Alto Networks, (and more!). We help them to quickly scale their Tech and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. Relationships with these organizations are subscription-based; we don’t make money off the number of hires, instead we are paid a flat rate for our recruiting support and consultation on their recruitment strategy as a whole. Job Overview: The Technical Recruiting Manager is responsible for supporting teamwork through leading collaborative, action-oriented recruiting teams. As a People Manager you will build, develop and lead our highly engaged team of Recruiters while nurturing strong relationships with clients in the software technology industry. You will manage internal sourcing resources through mentorship and continuous feedback to achieve set objectives. Your role will also drive a consultative approach to recruiting for our clients with timely insights and recruitment reports. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Mentor, develop, and manage direct and indirect reports and motivate talent as an imperative team leader and coach
  • Partner with Human Resources and senior leadership team to facilitate talent acquisition, performance management, training and career development, and employee engagement
  • Conduct frequent performance reviews by tracking recruiting metrics and reporting on individual recruiter’s performance to set objectives for senior leadership
  • Participate in strategic planning process and collaborate with leadership team to drive organizational change and enhance organizational performance
  • Develop managerial and leadership skills by participating in continuous education, training sessions, and networking opportunities
  • Research and recommend strategic hiring procedures and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts
  • Leads client project and Concero resources to achieve project objectives in the assigned timeframe and provide an outstanding client experience and relationship for contract renewal or future business
  • Coach recruiting team on advanced and innovative sourcing and networking techniques to identify, engage, and qualify passive and diverse talent through multiple sources and outreach strategies while creating a positive candidate experience and relationship
  • Manages and ensures pipeline generated of sourcing team to achieve required metrics and facilitate interviews within the sales, marketing, and customer success business units for our Technical opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team as a leader, exchanging and contributing ideas, skills, and both positive and constructive feedback while promoting open lines of communication and the fun and friendly atmosphere that Concero has to offer
  • Directly engage with clients while anticipating needs and proactively overcoming challenges to result in positive outcomes
  • Provide recommendations to our clients on improved processes, candidate experience, strategy, project expansion, and service offerings
  • Maintain data integrity with accurate, clean, and timely input of recruitment data within company databases and provide advanced reporting for internal and external purposes on recruitment activity, market data, and candidate feedback
  • Establish professional, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates and leverages one’s network to drive candidate pipeline
  • Effectively pitch Concero’s guiding principles, value proposition, and ways we differentiate ourselves within the talent acquisition industry to current and prospective clientele

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years recruiting experience required, or commensurate number of years, preferably in the technology industry
  • Experience exercising talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and team leadership functions  
  • Strong conflict management skills with ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, listen actively, and proactively address and mediate issues to build high-performing teams
  • Strategic and operational thinking to drive scalable business growth and support innovation and change
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building, coaching and development skills with a passion for continuous learning
  • High degree of professionalism by upholding a positive attitude, demonstrated integrity and respect, and accountability for one’s actions
  • Exceptional time management skills with an ability to adapt and balance multiple priorities and projects at once to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective analytical ability with strong decision-making skills in order to develop and analyze options, recommend solutions to and solve complex problems and issues delivering significant impact as a leader
  • Solution-oriented with a proven ability to deliver consistent, quality results through strong attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with all levels of management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Extensive internet and computer skills with experience using an Applicant Tracking System/ATS and/or Human Capital Management/HCM software (experience working with Google applications, social networking, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and Salesforce.com is preferred)
