As a Director of Technical Recruiting, you bring a strong understanding of the technology and software industry, with alike experience in the recruiting space. You will support teamwork through leading collaborative, action-oriented recruiting teams. As a People Manager, you will build, develop, and lead a highly engaged team of Recruiters while nurturing strong relationships with clients in the software technology industry. You will manage internal sourcing resources through mentorship and continuous feedback to achieve set objectives. Your role will also drive a consultative approach to recruiting for our clients with timely insights and recruitment reports.

  • 10+ years Technical Recruiting experience in the technology and/or software industry
  • 5+ years people management or recruiter resource management experience
  • Experience working in-house at a SaaS/software company 
  • Tech savvy, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree
